Any hope for this footage?

I have some footage taken with a Hi8 camcorder that has been converted to DV. At the time, the shutter on the camcorder was sticking so that there are lots of rolling horizontal bands. I looked at the clip and it doesn't lots of horizontal bands. The only thing I see is a few small streaks. Looks like the tape was 14 years old and that may be the problem. I'll take another look.
