Your help is required and it will be much appreciated. Attached is a video with an array of Light Effects and also some foil/paint look - I have tried to replicate this with no look in Vegas P 21, using BCC+LIGHT AND Materials/ Textures though I am getting nowehere near, any ideas? The actual wave I have made in AI.
Much appreciated guys, any ideas welcome, cannot figure this one out and I bet its so simple. Ive Vegas 21, Sapphire and BCC

@azza5570, please don't use the <> button unless you're actually using text that should not word wrap (such as script code). It's really hard to read your above post because the words go off the screen. Beyond that, I'm not sure what you're referring to unless it's the green and gold background? I wouldn't be surprised if that's not just a purchased background/transition if that's the case.

It is a solid colored plane with a caustic effect applied, and a texture overlay. Mask that to a ribbon shape using the pen tool, repeating the steps with different colors and caustic seeds for the other two ribbons. Then, use a simple transition in Vegas Edit to "move" the graphic across the screen.
