Best thing to do is to post on every forum even vaguely related to Vegas across the Internet---Of course, response will depend upon where you live and what facilities you can supply for meetings. That's how other have done it so give it a try.

If you know one or more a local Vegas supplier, they may be able to contact customers to see if they're interested.

That's what happened here in Perth W.A. - The supplier even offered to host the first meeting, but we've now outgrown that and are trying a new venue next Thursday.

If you do manage an initial get together, those present will generally be able to give you a list of topics or areas they'd like to cover at future meetings.

If you look on the VegasUsers WorldWide I can see 6-7 people right there from the Portland area who might be interested.
