Any INFORMATION about DVDA6?

I saw the Sticky about the free upgrade from DVDA5.2 to DVDA6.
But I can't find any information about DVDA6.
What's in it?
Are there reasons I should want to upgrade?
Is it 64Bit only, like VegasPro12, or can I use it in my 32Bit Win7 system?
...and so forth.
