Any news on the Vegas update?

Sorry, I'm being a bit impatient, but I thought the update was supposed to be around the end of January. Any news?

I'm blocked on all my projects since I'm having lots of problems with the MPEG2 settings not working. I tried Vegas + VideoFactory 2.0b and it did not fix the issues. I have a new computer I want to move over to in the next few days. I noticed VF 2.0c is out. I'd prefer to just install the new Vegas when it comes out, but if it is going to be a while, I will try Vegas + VF 2.0c. Is the MC plug-in better in VF 2.0c than in VF 2.0b? Is the Vegas update going to have a newer MC plug-in over the VF 2.0c MC plug-in?

Yes, The VF 2.0c MC plug-in has all the fixes that will be in the VV3.0a MC plug-in. I would update VF to 2.0c if you are in a bind and cannot wait for the VV3 update.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.

Also, I must say that you are the most responsive support person I've ever encountered. I've bought 7 programs to help me convert VHS and DV video to DVD, and most have sucked since they are first releases and plague with bugs. Your software has been the one stable piece of my puzzle and your support is great. For the other programs, I've sent mails to support and posted messages to their boards, but have never gotten a single response back. It is so frustrating.

So, thanks again for the great software and support. Looking forward to the Vegas update.

What's the story on an update for VV2? I've had the same inability to register my Ligos plugin, and I've heard lots of talk about updates for VV3 and VF2. Are those users who wish to stick with VV2 for now just stuck? I emailed support a couple of days ago but have yet to hear back...
