Any tips for Mastered Project

Next week I shall be completing my first project which is to be Mastered. (Single layer)

I would appreciate any general tips from those with experience.

A couple of specific questions are:

1. Can I take the Mastered file to replicator as data on a disc. If not, how about a hard drive?

2. I see there's a choice of CSS or Macrovision for copy protection - what are the issues in making a choice here - and are there additional costs?

As I said, I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has already trodden this path ...
thanks
Peter

Hard drive is often a good option. The error rate will be much lower than submitting an optical disc.

Both copy protection schemes are trivially easy to bypass. Anyone who is going to copy your discs will do so despite these schemes. In smaller runs, they usually add about a dollar to the cost of each disc.
