Any video FX plugin to gradually change saturation?

I've used Vegas for years, last version I had before just recently was 7. Anyway I just got VP 17 360 for a month to do a family vacation video. I'm surprised that many of the FX don't seem to support keyframes. The pan/zoom/crop does, that's fine. Saturation? No. Film effects? No. I just want to gradually bring up the saturation from 0 in a couple scenes. Am I missing something?

I'm using Windows 10 on a Ryzen 2600 CPU with 16 GB system RAM. Don't recall my video card but it's fairly low spec as I built this mostly to be an audio workstation with no fans/low speed fans. The video card has no fan and probably low RAM.

In the VEGAS Color Corrector FX, activate the 'Animate' button to the right of the Saturation slider which will then enable keyframing.
