Any way to add a "filter package" preset to event?

i have a few filter packages presets (that have multiple filters on it) and i use all the time, mostly to adjust events brightness. but also, most of the time i also do CC and add other filters on the event.

but when adding a filter package, it delete the filters already on the event.

there is a way to add without delete the existing ones on the event?

Rather than adding the filter package to each clip, you could create a new video track and add the filter package as a 'track FX' - this means that every clip added to that track will be effected by the filter package. You can still add other FX to individual clips on that video track as well as sort the sequence in which the FX take place on each clip's Event FX plug-in chain.

I have wished for the same feature.

If the developers are reading...

The Vegas UI is inconsistent here. In the plug-in chooser if you select and effect and click "Add" (or double click) it adds the effect to the effect chain. Selecting a filter package and clicking add actually replaces effects in the chain with those in the package.

If one wanted to keep the existing UI, simply adding another button, Append, could give the desired results. The button could be disabled until a package is selected.
