Any way to open a Vegas 7 .veg in Vegas 6 ?

is there any way i can open (or convert) a vegas 7.veg file to be able to open it in vegas 6 ?
If not whats the best way of copying everything from the Vegas 7 layout to Vegas 6 ?

No, only vice versa.

But you can open the V7 project and copy and paste the events into V6 - if you use the Selection Edit Tool you can drag a marquee to copy everything at once.
This will copy events only - not Track settings.

Peter? I can't make that happen? V6 and V7n open and I'm using the selection tool too?

Grazie - I must admit I was being theoretical, since I don't have V6 installed any more, but I have pasted events this way before - is it just the selection tool bit that isn't working for you - i.e. can you copy individual tracks full of events, or single events?

How about using Ctrl-A to select everything? No need for the selection tool then.
