I bought an audio CD of his. I thought he won some awards or something.

What's he doing writing a video/audio book?

I've never heard of By Frank Moldstad who wrote the review, but the author of the book, Douglas Spotted Eagle sounds very familiar. Search for forum posts by DSE.

Thanks, Bob. I think the theme of the thread is that "Yes. the book's finally out." along with a little playful sarcasm.

Edited: That's the way I took the initial message. After thinking about it, the question could be about the author of the article. I took it as a question of about the author of the book:)

Edited2: Frank Moldstad, DMN's VP of Editorial:

Yeah, I like the idea of autogrpahed copies. I have definitely come to think of Spot as the Mecca of Video Editing. Tha man never sleeps, authors books, edits videos, has some cool toys, etc... I swear he isnt human because there is no way a mere mortal can do some of the stuff he does.

Definitely on my list of people I would gladly intern for free along with Vic Milt. Add to it Jay Gladwell. You would be hard pressed to find three better men anywhere in the world.

Question for Spot - Got the book the other day - Love it so far!

What is the lisencing for the files on the included DVD? Can I use any of the video or audio for personal projects? Commercial projects?

Thanks.
