I do some work with VASST, I'd be happy to help you out. I'm not sure why your emails are getting bounced, because VASST has received other emails today and I just helped them test the emails as well. Are you trying to send an attachment? This can give an error and bounce emails sometimes as well.

Something to be aware of - many email filters reject stuff with zip files attached. And they do it in strange ways - I had a case at work where an outside vendor was trying to send me a simple form to fill out for an ftp account. Boeing kept rejecting her email with "no such user" - even when she tried to reply to an email I sent her. We finally figured out that that was their way of rejecting zip files - unfortunately, the "reject message" was somewhat less than helpful in solving the problem !! It would have made a lot more sense to either reject it with a note about not accepting zip files or pass it through without the zip file and a note attached saying it had been removed, but nooooooooo that would have made too much sense !!
