I did similar, then noticed in the fine print that it was available to US residents only. (Im in Aus)

I contacted customer service, explained I wanted the download only and that there were no costs to them (postage etc) and they gave me the upgrade.

Persevere, they are pretty good in my experience.

Cool beans, I will call them back.

And to those of you speaking about talking to CS, I have, many times to no avail. The folks I have spoken to claim they have never heard of the upgrade offer I am referencing or have waited to long to claim it.
