Anyone frameserving VirtuaalDub-->Vegas?

Is anyone successfully frameserving VirtualDub out to Vegas? My Vegas 4.0d doesn't seem to be able to understand the video, but when I right-click on the little frameserve file from VDub, Windows tells me all about it, format, etc.

I go from V-4 to Virtualdub without any problems usong MainConceptDV codec in Dub. Never tried going the other way.
