Anyone notice images rotated w/small push using PIP get "soft"?

On a current project, I noticed one camera was slightly rotated (wasn't completely level).

Because I multi-cam edit, I wanted to fix this at the media level.

THRILLED I was to realize I could use PIP on the media to rotate just that tiny amount and push in just a hair to fill the black corners which resulted from the rotation.

Source was recorded 1080p59.94, render output is 1080p59.94. Rotation is so small I thought all would be good.

But then I saw the render output and it looks... soft.

Has anyone else experienced soft renders after rotating with PIP?

I do not have access to Vegas at the moment, so I can't tell exactly which Vegas fx I normally use to level a video with automatic zooming. Show me a screenshot of all Vegas fx and I show a way to achieve this.

@RedRob-CandlelightProdctns That reminds me a little of this recent post i read

When you put PIP-Fx before Pan/crop tool, PIP-Fx adepts source resolution and not project resolution.

-----------

I experimented with what's mentioned in that link & placing PinP after Pan/Crop did create what appears to be a pixel offset causing a slight blur. 🤷‍♂️ Don't know why but thanks 3POINT for the info.

@RedRob-CandlelightProdctns take a look at the Vegas stereoscopic 3D effect.
