anyone still looking for DV Rack?

I came across this on another site, checked it out and the Markertek site still shows copies of Serious Magic's DV Rack Express DV ($150) and DV Rack 2.0 HD ($495) for sale.

edit: odds are that suport from Adobe will range from slim to none :-(

Buyer beware!

I tried to install my copy of DV Rack 2.0 and it hangs during the installation because it wants to check for updates. Unfortunately, it wants to check a site that no longer exists for the updates so it just sits there and won't finish installing.

I suspect even a new purchase would get the same result.

Adobe absolutely has been no help.

perhaps you could tell your firewall to block it so it doesn't see a 'net connection & doesn't update?
