I tried it.  When I select "render as" it's an immediate crash.  Remove the plug from the Vegas root directly and the crash behavior goes away.  So I'm thinking the frameserver doesn't work with VP14 at this point.  This is kind of a huge deal for me because I don't see a quality encoder in VP14.
