I recently got a new prebuilt PC with an i7 2600,16 GB RAM and an AMD Radeon HD 6570.
I'm pretty happy with it except I'm wondering if the video card is just crap.
Even after installing latest driver (version 8.95 released 2-14-12) it takes a second or two to start playback when moving the now time to a different place on the timeline.
The reason I'm thinking card is because there is no hesitation when moving over just audio.
It used to redraw all clips whenever zooming in or out but the newer driver I installed this morning seems to have eliminated that at least.
Anyway I've never seen this behavior on my older systems and wondering if the card is just crap and if so what should a budget minded user get?
