My partner and I are thinking about getting one of the new BlackMagic cameras, which will put us firmly in 2k land.......I see that my current NVIDIA card supports this resolution, and the one I am considering upgrading to (570) for now does also.......Of course, getting a display to actually show the full res is another matter entirely.

Any thoughts out there about all this? Any thoughts on working effectively in 4k? Hardware upgrades for 4k?

I am looking at massive computer upgrades and trying to plan things out a bit......the whole monitor thing does not seem at all clear.
