When I click on Make Movie, Save to my hard drive the application crashes about 90% of the time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application and it worked once, and now crashes every time.

This is the error message from windows Event Viewer:

All my drivers are up to date. I tried rendering the same video using a trial version of NCH Videopad and it worked fine -- so it doesn't appear to be a driver issue.
