Application to Shut Down PC

Are there any recommended safe applications you folks use that can automatically shut down my machine after a couple of hours like after a render or upload to the web?

I want to render and/or upload a video to the web while I'm at work and shut down the machine automatically after a few hours.

windows has something like that built in, I think.

After X period of inactivity, it starts shutting down parts.

I know that it can go in to standby after X time automatically. That's in the power options.

I can't vouch for either of these two free utilities but they came recommended on other Vegas forums.
