This is an FYI
OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045
System Model HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-0xxx
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 32.0 GB
Adapter Description NVIDIA T1000 8GB
Driver Version 31.0.15.2889 (528.89)
I have noticed VEGAS image will not open or execute with newer NVIDIA drivers (536.67) as of July 21, 2023 but I have backed stepped to the (528.89) driver version and the application works flawlessly. So, if you have a system build / card like mine and Vegas image applications fails to load or execute upon startup, this could be the issue. I don't understand the underlying mechanism as to why this happens. I do though recognize that the 528.89 driver has a larger binary than 536.67 driver binary. The graphic card is in the Quadro classification workstation category. I hope this may help someone as I was perplexed by the application use to work and now it does not. This driver regression worked for me and may work for other applications as well in the Vegas family.
