The scenario is a 4 camera shoot in the same venue, but cameras moved between different lighting conditions in the room.
All cameras roll for the whole shoot to have just one alignment of tracks.

• The global fx isn't appropriate since each camera needs its own adjustment.
• Media level doesn't work because of the changing lighting conditions.
• The track level doesn't work because it gets lost going into multicam mode.
• Expanding out to individual tracks after cuts are made, and then moving the events for each lighting condition for each track to a new track, and then colorizing at the track level works. But if you need make additional cuts, it's certainly possible, but not that easy.
• Pasting to a group of events works, but there's a lot of cuts for a long program. So it takes a while to select each event, and easy to skip one.

So what would be great is if there was a way to select a range of events with the SHFT key as normal, except use another key with SHFT to only select events for media in the first event.

So I'm looking for some other suggestions, or where to place such an enhancement idea. This is my usual shooting scenario, so it would help a lot.
