Over the years, I've produced many short and long videos. Most were distributed as DVDA authored media.
Recently, I found
Arainia Gizmo. It is an invaluable tool that lets me keep the DVDA authored media images on-line and yet be able to view them as if they were on actual DVD media.
The Gizmo Drive lets me transform these into .ISO files. Afterward, I'd use it to mount these .ISOs as CD/DVD drives. I can mount several of them simultaneously and each would appear on my system as a separate CD/DVD drive. Once they're there, typical media player such as Windows Media Player or WinDVD would just play them normally.
I can now archive these .ISO images on a server and mount them on the digital media workstation across the network as I need them for viewing. No more stacks of DVDs. Very cool!
