What are the advantages of Architect Pro vs the version that comes with Vegas Movie Studio 10?

A couple of features only available in Pro:

Multiple language support
Optional subtitles
5.1 audio for BluRay discs (Studio creates only stereo BluRays)
Ability to keyframe menu page button animations
Parental controls
High-level disc interactivity scripting
