What is the best way to determine whether or not you have previouly entered onto a media event a Video FX , crop/zoom, track motion etc? If you have & you wish to now delete what is the best way? How do you know if it was applied to an event, track etc? Is it possible to look up a file to see what things have been applied to an event, track etc?

You're going to kick yourself... Once you apply a FX filter or pan and crop the little buttons at the right of the event turns on. Blue for pan/crop Green for FX filters. If you apply to a track, the FX button turns green at the far left of the timeline. The track motion button turns light blue. These each have their own work space. If you don't see them first be sure that you have a check mark in front under the view menu way at the top, then look at the bottom, for example to see FX filters click on the Video FX tab. If you don't see a window pane, you need to drag your window panes around. One can hide under another. Once you see the FX window pane you can uncheck any of the filters or remove them or change their position in the FX chain which DOES effect how the filter is applied. The pan/crop works in a similar way.
