after editing my source material captured directly from dv camera in dv format, i can print back to dv tape from the timeline w/ perfect results. however, when i render the movie as dvd ntsc, the resultant movie is less than perfect. there is curious banding at the edges like a motion blur, and the quality overall is substandard. any suggestions, anyone?
