Artistic Plug-ins (As in Photoshop)

I'm looking for plug-in filters to perform Posterization, Chalk and Charcole and Pastals effects on video in Vegas4. Effects like the ones in Adobe Photoshop. Do they exist from Sony? Can I use any Adobe PS plug-ins for video?

Soon you'll can do that by using the Wax plugin.
