Have a look at Matura MT Script Capitals which should be part of the basic Windows fonts.

Alternatively, there are hundreds and hundreds of free fonts to be found on the internet via a search engine (e.g. Google), though watch out for licensing conditions. They generally download as a zip file. For Windows 7/8/10, it's generally just a case of opening the zip file, right clicking on the .ttf file and then selecting Install from dialogue box. It should then self-install into the Fonts folder (can be viewed by either Control Panel/Appearance and Personalization/Fonts or C:\Windows\Fonts)
