For all you Vegas experts out there...

I accidently created a movie that was 2:35 and turned it into a 1:85 meaning I basically streched the video. I deleted all the original files and I wanted to know is there a way I could turn this 1.85 video into a 2:35 again. I tried to look at the pan/crop option but I can't seem to be able to do it.
Can anyone help?
