This could be something for Sony to do, but I suspect VASST is a far more likely candidate:
The Assistant Editor is an FCP add-on that takes your raw footage and creates a first cut based on your specifications, with a beginning, a middle, and an end, with A-roll and B-roll used competently, and with interviewee names plugged into lower thirds.
The page linked above has a video where Aussie Philip Hodgett takes a lot of raw footage for three broadcast projects and produces first cuts for all three, all in 15 minutes and a few key clicks to specify how he wants the editing done...
How about "VASST Ultimate Assistant"?
