Is anyone using an ATI All In Wonder Radeon.

I use it and the composit in to capture 8mm home video to
MPEG2 format at 640X480.

My question is when I want to render my finished project
what format should I use to get the best quality to play
back at full screen for a VHS tape. I have no problem
getting it out to the VCR but I need to know what is the
best way to get the best quality out of the rendered video?
