ATI Redeon all in wonder *.mp2 captures????

Does anyone know how to edit the files created by the capture software used by the ATI All In Wonder Redeon media suite: file extention *.mp2.

Ahh... I found the little card that came/stuck in the box with the software. FREE MPEG PLUG-IN. Now I can load, and edit the ATI *.mp2 files, but when it comes to rendering... I can't seem to find the compatable/same format... what am I missing?
