Ummmm, what do you want to do next? If you've got the two audio files on the timeline with the pause, isn't that what you were after?

I'm going to guess here that what you want to do is create a new audio CD with the pause between the tracks. Unfortunately VideoFactory doesn't have the ability to burn audio CDs. You could, however, save each song as a .wav file (i assume you've already done this to load them into VideoFactory), and also create a new project with 5 seconds of silence and render this to a new .wav file. You could then use whatever CD burning software came with your CD burner (Nero, Easy CD Creator, etc.) and burn song 1, silence, song 2 to a CD.

Alternately you could do this with your CD burning software alone (i.e., Roxio EZ CD or whatever came with your CD burner). The default gap between songs on a CD is 2 seconds. Most CD burning software lets you change this. Just set the gap to 5 seconds and burn the two songs to an audio CD. When it plays back it will pause for 5 seconds between songs.

When you say create new project how do I render it to a new wave file

Make Movie -> Write your movie to file on your disk -> Advanced Render
Change the Save as type to Wave (Microsoft) (*.wav), enter a filename, click Save
