You can use one of the EQ plugins to find out where the noise is and then try to eliminate it. But, I'd recomend Noise Reduction. I've been using it forr a couple weeks to clean up 50 year old radio shows from reel-2-reel and it's quite nice. :)

The noise reduction plugin is the most flexible, but if the buzz is a 60 Hz or 50 Hz buzz (or its harmonics at 120, 180, etc.), then you can use the parametric filter and set it to notch out one or more of these frequencies. This often works better than the noise reduction plugin.
