I have some weird Audio delay each time by pressing S is causing the delay of 2-3 second in playback Video so I really don't know what is causing this issue. So i play the audio is 2-3 second in front then the playback is that behind and not sync up as it should be.? and when i render it to see what the outcome is, it then renders that problem and desyncs all the video and audio,

take a look at the screenshots, the first shot shows the audio of the punch in the game, then the second screenshot shows the characters punch in the video? the video playback should be where the sound is highest
