audio clip movement

is it posible to move an audio clip by an amount smaller than 10 ms? It seems to be correlated with video fps setting, 100 being max, but i do audio-only.

Go to "options/quantize to frames" and make sure it is off.Then zoom in all the way and you can drag events by single samples.
