Audio-driven events for video track?

Is there any plugin or script or something out there that allows to create audio-driven events in Sony Vegas? Similar to Beat Reaktor for AE or even more simple.

Beat Reactor for Sony Vegas Pro will be shipped with Boris Continuum Complete 8 very soon (no dates given yet but it is in beta) and it's extremely simple to use. I just demoed it at the Boris live webinar last Thursday. If you watch the promo video you can see it in action. There should be a replay of the entire webinar up soon. So if you can wait, you can use Beat Reactor right in Vegas Pro.
