Audio Editor for V4

I was hoping that since SoFo dropped the "Video" part of Vegas Video that the audio application would be built-in (merging the products).

When I tried to open an audio track in the "Audio Editor" I quickly found out there wasn't one.

What do you guys use? Maybe there is some audio functionality in V4 that I haven't found yet.

BTW, I am a VF user, so Vegas is new to me.

You need to have a product like Sound Forge or Wavelab installed on your PC. Then you select the "audio editor" in your preferences. If you had Sound Forge, you would use Sound Forge as your audio editor. So, next time when you clic on audio editor in V4, Sound Forge will open in another window with the audio clip already loaded.
V4 does have ALOT of audio editing functions, you might not need an editor.

Download the SoundForge6.0 demo and install it. The open VV3 or 4, put an audio file on the timeline and right click on it. You can select VV to automatically open the audio file (or a copy) in Sound Forge.
