Audio Editor Settings

I want to edit the audio of an Cineform event in Cool edit pro. What settings in Cool Edit Pro 2 do I need to use(sample rate, RAW data settings)?

I've done all that and all I get is noise, however if I go into Cool Edit Pro 2 and told it to Extract Audio From Video there are no problems.

After I load it into CE, it wants a header offset. I dunno.
