Hello, I am using Movie Studio 16, and on my laptop (windows 10), none of the audio effects I can use turn on. I can tell this really easily with the flange/wah wah, and nothing happens. on the audio fx menu, it says the track is muted, when that is not the case. I can only assume it means the fx themselves are muted. The video fx work fine, and the audio playback is normal. I can also adjust the volume through the left-side track settings, and through the "gain" option on the audio track visual, while the "volume" fx does nothing. how can I fix this?
