Audio EFX Windows Truncated

gagman wrote on 3/9/2015, 2:12 PM
Any one else have this issue? On some EFX (I've only noticed it on Audio EFX since i haven't used many Video EFX) I am unable to enlarge the window to see all controls within the EFX. Very frustrating. Any thoughts? See attached. I haven't gone thru every one to see which or from whom these might be attributable to.

On Vegas 11, you can double click the header of the FX window and it will right-size to that particular plugin. If however, the plugin has so many features that you can't see them all, perhaps you might try changing your screen resolution to allow for more pixels.

Thanks but i don't think that's it. Were you able to see the .png example I posted? It appears just some of the wording is missing - though thought it was slider bars and data windows i couldn't see - can't reduplicate. I do see how the window re-sizes (even in 13) so thanks for that!

Just checked the reverb plug-in and it is showing fine - just a momentary redraw glitch perhaps.

No, no one can see your image because it doesn't exist on the Sony knowledgebase site. Nor should it; you didn't check your link?

As for your window, grab the horizontal bar with your mouse and drag it. If all else fails, simply restore the default windows layout.

I also was not able to see the photo. PERMISSION DENIED is the error that the SONy website gave back when pasting that link into a browser window.

For some reason I was able to see the png on my home computer. Perhaps because I created it. I had added it to the customer support inquiry but guess they don't want that to be posted. Any one know of a way to post screenshots in the forum?

First you must upload your image to a host URL e.g. https://www.dropbox.com/ which is free unless you want a large account. Note your IMAGE_ADDRESS.

Then read sticky at front of this forum = 3. Sticky: New Markup for Forum Posts

where you will find the correct syntax.
