Yes, all those. VP's audio section is on par with SloTools and most other DAWs. If fact, Vegas was a DAW (audio only) when it was first published in by Sonic Foundry many moons ago. As @j-v stated, try the trial version,

Thank you very much for the infos. Nevertheless it would be very helpful to see those features live in a Video tutorial.  This would be much more motivating than trying out all myself with the eva-version :)

Not sure what you hope to see.

"Beat per minutes" is just a display option. You can see such a timeline scale, that's it.

Stretching is a time lapse and slomo feature, nothing special.

Looping is either looping a timeline selection while playback or looping a clip dependend on its length (a clip can automatically loop after it has reached its end).
