I am a Vegas user and started off as a video editor. But now I am being asked to actually shoot some video. I am needing any web resources, or books, that explain the workflow of capturing audio for video work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You will find a lot of good advise already in this forum. Also, if you describe a particular shoot, people will be glad to offer advise on how to proceed. You might consider offering more input on where you stand as far as equipment, experience etc. goes.

Hi Musician, I highly recommend the DVD from our own DSE called "Now Hear This". I recently saw this presentation in Las Vegas and it was standing room only, even after going over the allotted time by about an hour. But this DVD actually covers even more than what the workshop did.
