any time I select any audio option to burn CD's or just set preferences mine crashes. I have a pioneer DVD-rdrive with the most recent firmware and it still crashes. Everything else works fine

I had the same problem. Disconnecting my USB SmartMedia reader fixed it - how, why, I have no idea. Try disconnecting any USB devices, especially those to which Windows assigns a drive letter.

YA DA MAN FPeels. That was it...are you using win xp pro. The SAN DISK driver is not supposed to be 100% compatable with XP. Must have mostly that other brand computer people here...j/k.

"Like my whole life was on that computer and I lost it all and like this new computer is soooo like much easier and stuff like you know, I just plug my video cam in and like make movies?????"

Apple's new marketing campaign is however phenomial!!!!

Yep, mine's a SanDisk as well. I realized it hadn't passed the WinXP compatability test, but couldn't imagine how that might impact on VV3. So far SanDisk have flatly refused to provide an updated XP driver for the reader (ImageMate), and on its own I guess it does work well enough with my Oly digital camera. Anyway, glad you're in the clear now.
