Audio gaps

There is a creative audio warning. It says,"There are no Creative audio products installed and running on the system that support ASIO"

When we import youtube videos into Vegas they have gaps in the audio even though they do not have audio gaps when played in media player.

Any ideas?

Could be the format/codec that your downloader software saves your files as. (Technically, they don't literally download video from YouTube as much as convert it to a downloadable format -- so different software uses different codecs to record your video to.)

What specs have you seen on this video you looked at it in Media Info?
