Is this in the DVDA Preview, or is it in the burned DVD?

In the burned DVD. The preview is clean in dvda. Happens consistently, used 2 different burners, numerous discs so far!

Are you giving DVD Architect something other than a separate compliant AC3 audio track?

Have you tried zooming in on the end (or beginning) of the DVDA timeline, and trimming back 100 ms or so?

Can you try a completely different audio file fo the same length as your video file (stretch or shrink it as needed). Then retest. If the issue goes away your issue is with the encoding of the original audio file. Hope this helps.
