Audio Gurus: I need your help please

I've been working hard on a documentary exploring the behind the scenes world of amatuer mixed martial arts. One of my more dramatic shots has horrible audio. There was no way around it as it was a spontaneous shot we caught in passing. I have no illusions it can be made well, but any thoughts or opinions on how to improve it would be greatly appreciated. I have tried Vegas 8's EQ and Izotope RX with little success. I will definitely be subtitling it as well for clarity of dialog. Warning! It has adult language.

Here is the link to the high quality MP3 (3.3 mb) and low resolution WMV (4.0mb) files.

Again, any improvement will be greatly appreciated.

With RX, using spectral repair, I was able to roll off 200 Hz and below without doing much damage to the other audio. That gets rid of a lot of the rumble. Since the male voices are not miced well, you didn't get much of their low end, anyway.
You might start there.

I did a quick noise reduction using Diamond Cut 6 forensic software and then used the papagraphic equalizer and it cleaned up pretty well. Not sure what you are looking for but you could easily understand the four letter words and PA announcer. Email me thru the forum and tell me what you want and I'll have some idea how to proceed.

I can't help with your audio but I might suggest that coach cut back on the roids... some serious rage going on there. Sounds like a great project! Best of luck and don't get too close to the action!
