Been away from editing for a while and had upgraded to 6.00
How in the heck do I get audio to lock to video events ? My intention here is to trim and delete both without making my audio track look like Pepto Bismal

Select the events you want locked together and hit "G" (for group).

That's generally the default when you capture -- if the audio and video is in the same file, they will already be grouped together.
