I saw that others had this problem where the audio gets out of synch with the video when writing to tape, and this was supposedly corrected with Build 125. However, using Build 125, each individual audio clip quickly gets out of synch on the VCD. It catches up with each new scene and then gets out of synch again.
Interestingly enough, if I play the MPEG1 file that's created using Windows Media Player on my hard drive, it works perfectly. The problem is only with the VCD. Each scene is only 30-60 seconds long, and the whole movie is 13 minutes (an unlucky length?).
