Audio Loss-DVDs help please!

Hi,
I used Sony Vegas Movie Studio 4.0, and DVD Architect Studio 2.0 to burn a four disc dvd set for a group of people. Some of the people have told me that on several of their DVDs sections have no sound, and some are very very quiet, and if you turn it up very loud you can barely hear it. Others have had no problem whatsoever with their sets. When I made the first copy of each of the four discs, I watched it all the way through, and It was fine, but of course I did not watch every single disc through... I don't really have the option of re-burning the dvds (at least from my computer files, maybe from copying another disc) because I deleted many of the files needed.
I burned all the DVDs on Sony DVD-R at 6x. With one persons DVD, I gave them a new copy, that I made certain worked on mine before I gave it to them, and it didn't work on their DVD player. Is it possible that the DVD players are the problem? If so, how can I fix this problem in the future? I will be doing DVDs for this group again this fall, and I can't keep handing out bad dvds.... Any help would be GREATLY GREATLY appreciated!! ! am slightly at my wits end...again.. I have had so many problems with this project....
Thanks!

Make sure you are running the latest build of the software. Go to the downloads page and check.

I am using DVD Architect Studio build 22 and having problems with loss of audio. I have been seeking a resolution now for over a month, without success.

short answer is NO.

DVD Architect Studio is NOT the same as DVD Architect. Similarly, Vegas Studio is NOT the same as Vegas. The forum for the Studio products is here:

If you want DVD Architect 3 (the big brother) you will also have to get Vegas 6. You will find that these version have MANY more abilities than the Studio versions.
